To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Backoffice Employee to join our office in Maarssen.

Job description:
As a Backoffice Employee, you play a crucial role in supporting our daily office operations. You are the linchpin in our service provision and an indispensable link for both our customers and our team. In this role, you are responsible for a wide range of administrative and support tasks that are essential for the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Management: Efficiently and accurately manage incoming orders and returns, ensuring smooth processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Service Support: Contribute to customer service by performing administrative tasks, including maintaining customer information and answering frequently asked questions in a professional manner.

  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Preparing reports and analyzing data to support management decisions, providing insight into key operational KPIs.

  • Maintain Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient processing of logistics requests to ensure inventory levels remain optimal.

  • Organization of Marketing Campaigns: Assisting in the design and organization of marketing campaigns and promotions to increase the visibility and sales of our products.

  • General Office Support: Supporting day-to-day office and team tasks as required, adopting a proactive attitude.

Job requirements:

  • MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a relevant direction.
  • Experience in an administrative or back office position is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
