At Smartgoodz we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we understand that there are times when you may want to return a product. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping and returns process.
Postage costs
- Free Shipping: For orders above €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium we offer free shipping.
- Fixed Shipping Costs: For orders under €50 within the Netherlands we charge shipping costs of €4.95.
- EU and International Orders: For orders to other European countries we apply different rates depending on the destination. For international orders variable rates apply, which are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery time
- Within the Netherlands and Belgium: The delivery time is a maximum of 48 hours.
- EU/International Orders: Delivery times for these orders vary between 3 and 10 business days depending on the destination.
- Third party products: Delivery times are between 3 and 10 working days
Shipping confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Return Policy

Returns Policy
Return period
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Condition of the Product
The product must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened in its original packaging. All included accessories, manuals and labels must also be included. If the product shows visible signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Excluded Products
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:
- Personal care products
- Earphones and headphones (for hygiene reasons) unless unused and unopened
- Plants and trees
- Products that are custom-made or personalized
Returns process

Within 30 days of receiving your order, please email info@smartgoodz.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you return instructions.
Return costs
The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. In that case we will reimburse the return costs.

Processing the Return
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the purchase amount to the account used to make the purchase within 14 business days.
Swap
Do you want to exchange a product for a different size, color or model? Contact us by email ( info@smartgoodz.nl ). We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@smartgoodz.nl . We would like to receive photos of the defect or damage so that we can quickly provide a solution, such as sending a replacement product or a full refund.
